My Story-Why I became a Personal Trainer

Being active was always part of my life as I'd been dancing from a very early age. 

 

After finishing dance school I was looking for ways to keep my body in shape so I completed a course in Health & Nutrition and my love for fitness & health began.

I wanted to explore & study more about the physical aspect of fitness as well so I decided to become a Personal Trainer.

 

Throughout my course I learned about different training styles and methods and worked on case studies with various clients with various goals like weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility and needs on both the exercise & nutrition part.

I finished my course with YMCA Fitness Industry Training in 2019.

 

Since then I started my business in a gym enviroment where I began to specialise in women's weight loss & toning transformations. 

I chose to work with women because I've gone through the many unsuccessful diets & uneffective exercises myself & I'm able to provide solution for these thanks to my own transformation.

 

In the last months I decided to move my business online because now I'm able to help women to exercise from the comfort of their home.

About my Transformation

Throughout my fitness journey I faced struggles with having a small amount of excess weight that just wouldn't go away and because of this I struggled with overexercising and dieting.

 

For months I was training 5-6 times a day for hours exhausting myself completely and eating so called "healthy meals" that turned out to be not so healthy at all.

This experience led me to the realisation of the importance of nutrition and to the adapting a balanced workout regime.

I was able to change my diet & training routine and lost that excess weight that I wasn't able to for years.

This was my journey to a healthier lifestyle and now I want to helpt YOU to achieve the same!
