With exercises specifically designed for home training you'll get all the benefits of a fitness class from the comfort of your own home. No equipment is necessary other than a mat & some space around your. Class is for all fitness levels with modifications & advanced variations included so everyone can benefit from the workout.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 8 hours before your session. If contacted after but before the start of the session, you'll be charged 50% of the session's price. If I'm not contacted & you don't show up, you'll be charged for the full amount. All sessions to be paid before the start of the session. Thank you for your understanding.
