1 hour online session that is designed for effective home training & it is specifically tailored to every client's goals & needs.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 8 hours before your session. If contacted after but before the start of the session, you'll be charged 50% of the session's price. If I'm not contacted & you don't show up, you'll be charged for the full amount. All sessions to be paid before the start of the session. Thank you for your understanding.
