28 Day Workout Challenge | Sofi's Fitness

Hey all & welcome or welcome back to my blog!


Today's post will be a super exciting one. I have a new 28 Day Workout Challenge for you to get you super fit in the next month. This challange includes 1 x 20 minute & 1 x 15 minute workouts & 28 Day Plan for the workouts goes as following:


Workout 1 - 20 minute (2 Circuits)


Circuit no. 1 - Full Body Burn


First circuit is for to get your full body moving. Involves a bit of cardio as well to elevate the heart rate. Here are the 4 exercises:



Circuit no. 2 - Abs & Booty


Second circuit also has 4 exercises all to target your abs & booty:



Workout 2 - 15 minute ( 2 Circuits)


Circuit no. 1 - Upper body & Core


First circuit of the second day is for your upper body & core with some different plank variations. Here are the 4 exercises:



Circuit no. 2 -Booty Burn


The seconds circuit is to work your booty. Optional to use a booty band but the exercises can be done bodyweight as well:
