Let me introduce myself so you can get to know me & my background in fitness a bit more!



My name is Sofi, I live in London and I work as a qualified Personal Trainer who specialises in women's fitness & nutrition. My main aim is to help not just to achieve the desired goal but to also build up a healthy lifestyle that is maintainable in the long run. I chose to work with women because of my experiences with many unsuccessful diets & exercises which were not getting me the results I wanted. I was able to transform my life with a balanced diet & exercise regime so now it's my turn to share my tips for success with you!


This is the reason why I set up this blog where I'll be sharing with you tips, advices, recommendations, workouts, how-to tutorials & some insights into my own journey all relating to women's fitness & nutrition. I'll also be debunking some popular fitness myths and exploring the science behind all these.
